I may be wrong, but from the bad spot of my tv camera and Mo Alexander call on interference looked terrible

the ball was past the receiver and mo made contact late, after the ball had passed the WR
'least to me it looked that way
even without the contact the kid didn't appear capable of snagging that ball......

did I see it wrong?
had mo not touched the guy is it a reception?
