Not only is your obvious intent to compare the Broncos/Kubiak with the Rams/Fisher not Apples to Apples, it is closer to Apples to Octopuses.
So this does little to dispel my, or the other posters and fans, desire to actually get a good HC that is a winner instead of a guy whose MO and identity is mediocrity. But it does cement you as probably the Rams #1 fan and Fisher booster.
Kubiak led his team to the Superbowl last year. They won. Then lost his HOF QB to retirement. And, although I didn't watch the Chargers game, last I heard Kubiak was ill and didn't coach (did he coach, after all?).
Fisher? One Superbowl in 21 years. He lost. And only got there due to the bizarre Music City Miracle.
Comparing Kubiak to Fisher is like comparing Gen. Patton to Sgt. Bilko.
