If he's not blocking, he's useless because they're not targeting him in the passing game.

Harkey, a known commodity as a blocker, could be getting his snaps.

I think they're not targeting him for a reason. So far he has 6 targets and 1 catch. Game looks too fast and too big for him right now. IMO.
