Was referring to having hope. When you give a way a game the way they did today does not lead to hope. It leads to the same old problems this team has had for the past 5 years. Bad coaching decision and bad redzone performance.
Whether this type of game leads to hope or not all depends on your perspective. I haven't watched the game yet but followed along on my phone and the board. From what I can gather happened I'm not to bummed about this loss.
Personally, I get more hope from giving a game away and knowing we had major injuries on the DL then I do from an absolute trouncing like say last year in Washington.
At least I know we were competitive and there is a possibility to fix the issues. There's also the possibility we can change QBs which may fix some of the issues including the RZ problems.
