You fire Harbaugh who put you in the Super Bowl, you hire a DC who has no HC experience and he disappears after 1 season and you hire an ego maniac who' system totally screwed up the Eagles and they couldn't dump his players fast enough.

My guess is the GM is soon to be fired.
