The kind of impact defensive tackle Aaron Donald is having snap-to-snap from his spot exclusively between the tackles is unlike anything we’ve ever seen.
Impact is an understatement. The team is 3-1 with the worst offense in the NFL and it isn't even that close between #31 and #32.
Donald is simply unbelievable. He blows up drive after drive of the opponent, keeping the Rams in the game. When he is in the backfield, there are hurried passes, and runs that don't go anywhere, or maybe a penalty or turnover.
I think the MVP is either Donald or Bradford. I know the Vikings Offense stinks, but Bradford is a 100% QB rating on a 4-0 team that had nobody before the trade. He is providing the entire offense with Peterson out.
Donald is the leader of a defense that was humbled in the first half of the SF opener, but has closed to door since that first half of the first game and have the team 3-1 with the #32 offense in the NFL.
My third choice would be Jones from the Falcons. If he ever is unable to play, watch that team drop like a rock.
