Was Gaines a breath of fresh air for our secondary, or what?

No disrespect intended for Troy Hill, mind you. I've become a big fan of his.

But there's just something about Gaines, isn't there?

Sure hope he can remain healthy, 'cause he and TruJo sure look like a terrific tandem to me.

While I'm at it, didn't it seem like our entire secondary was bringing the lumber vs the Cards? Sure appeared that more balls were jarred loose in this Card game, at least to me.

Always a good thing when receivers have their heads on a swivel while in our secondary. Lol.
