I do disagree with you on Fisher.
He has mostly A's and B's, but gets an F on offense so his GPA ends up being in the C+ / B- when it is all averaged together
while
Arians has no grades below a B.
Hence one guy is a playoff winner every year and the other guy is the 7-9 guy.
Maybe, this is the year, the offense can get the C- or C grade to get the team to the 10-6 record, or maybe the defense will get the A+ grade
