If/when Keenum loses 2 straight games, that's when Goff starts.

I don't believe Fisher will want to lose 3 straight games with Case at QB at this point.

The Rams will likely lose in AZ. But I don't see Fisher switching just then, and if Case wins against Bills, that will buy him 2 more games. But if Case loses to Cards and Bills, I think he's done as starter.
