Re: I think fatigue was very much a factor

Not only the heat and humidity, but that they played with 6 DL vs. 8 for a big chunk of the game. And I think that fumble/TD by Westbrooks- as much as it helped them win the game- also had an affect as it put the defense right back out there again.

They have eight players on defense that played 73 or more defensive snaps. Six that played 85+. In fact, a concern I have is them having their legs back under them and fresh for this Sunday.

Yeah, the Bucs dominated in TOP, 93.

Had the ball over 7 minutes more than the Rams. That's a huuuuuge advantage, man.

In a cross country away game, plus that heat and humidity? And down to only 6 men on DL for most of the game?

Whew!

Activate Longacre, dammit! And rotating him ahead of Sims wouldn't be a bad idea, either. Would send a helluva message at the very least.

Another thing. That danged prevent D contributed to the problem. Why go away from what was successful while adding to the Buc TOP advantage?

I just HATE the prevent D when a team has a front 7 like ours. Sigh...
