It's a complex situation... I'm not sure how I would handle it, and I certainly don't know what's in the mind of the Rams as far as how they juggle the 3 and how far along they consider Goff and Mannion to be.
I don't think Keenum can do the job, as you know, we probably disagree.. that's cool.
I like what I've seen from Mannion... I think he would be a better placeholder than Keenum... but that's based on little although I feel sure he can outplay Keenum as far as 'making passes', and even 'reading'... which he seemed to do better in preseason than Keenum... and I'm SURE he has a better arm - - again, just my opinion.
Goff is a complete mystery to me. Here's all I would say about Goff... they have him penned in as the starter... that hasn't changed, and he eventually will be. - JamesJM
