I do think Fish gets scapegoated due to the shambles this team was in when he took over. We were the worst team in football with almost no professional talent on the roster. The guys we got rid of didn't get jobs elsewhere. We drafted a ton and added talent and improved. We drafted more young talent and improved but less so. Our lack of a good QB since Bulger has really hurt us. Fish has built a very strong young defense and we have the makings of a strong offense. We are crazy strong at RB, we look great for the future at QB with Goff and Mannion, Higbee looks like a good future TE, we have two or three good young tackles. We have young guys with size at OG and we have some young guys in the mix at WR.
Our ST I think are special. Hekker is the best punter since Ray Guy and Legatron can kick farther than anyone.
We are a #1 WR and a Center away from having a very strong young O. Not sure I believe that Boras is the answer at OC, but Fisher gets blamed for everything.
