Is the inverse of that that the Rams receivers are better than their numbers indicate?
Cause it's either/or.
Either the Rams bring talent down in which case adding a talent doesn't contribute much AND the talent we have is fine in spite of the numbers.
Or the Rams lack receiver talent and so it would make a difference if they acquired some.
