At some point we need to accept this team is a hot mess. Fisher is a nice guy....but he lost the team a long time ago. He doesn't instill the team with the confidence of a champion, nor does he enforce enough accountability on the players. He does it every now and again....but honestly.....the members of this team are just coasting and cashing a paycheck. It's Fisher's job to change that. He hasn't done it in four years......and it's not going to happen in the next four under Fisher.
So....I would be all in for canning Fisher early, putting Williams in as interim Head Coach.....then tring to ink the Head Coach that Kronke wants. I think it will boil down to Goff. If he is truely a capable star NFL QB.....coaches should line up to take this job. If not.....they turn and run.
