Their hit rate in the lower rounds is actually pretty good.

Compared to a fair general standard.

Pick any team you think drafts well. Choose a patch of years, say 5 or 6. Go back in time so you can adequately judge. (Eg. choose a team and do 2007-2012. Be sure and pick a team that was stable in that period---ie. had the same GM at least.) Look at the hit percentage for picks from rounds 4-7.

Rams will measure up.
