I get what you're saying and you're right, rookies are rookies, especially later round picks, and to count on them to be impactful is probably wishful thinking. That said I would have Goff, Higbee, Cooper and Spruce in the game all together as quickly as possible. May still need to be a more simplified offense but Goff has the arm and accuracy that Keenum doesn't to get the ball both downfield and into tight windows.
Sad but true that Spruce has the best hands on the team with Higbee probably 2nd.
