I'm not fond of the prevailing opinion, from coaches AND fans, that you must do a 180 and fit the 'system', OR - already be exactly what your system calls for. I think you should adapt. That doesn't mean an 'overhaul'.. it just means leaning more to pages that are most likely already in the playbook but are collecting dust. IOW...
Take what Goff, and Mannion too for that matter... recognize what they have done well then put them in a position to utilize those talents somewhat. - JamesJM
