Case is either up to snuff as Fisher obviously believes, or he isn't.
If he's not, it's gonna be armageddon while they try to decide whether to scrap the season and give the kid the snaps he needs, whether to see what Mannion can do, etc. And Fisher will most likely not have his contract picked up or be fired even if he has an extension.
If he is up to snuff the Rams will win a lot of games and the conversation will change to how well stocked the Rams are in that QB room. You'll still have haters that want to find the black lining in all of it, how not having the picks dooms the future, etc. But at some point this will be Goff's team just like the Packers did with Rogers.
