I believe all cuts have 24hrs to be claimed by other teams...

before clearing waivers. That's why the Rams have not had their PS yet...the 24hr limit has not passed yet and teams are free to sign anyone that was cut yesterday. Today, by 1pm PST/4pm EST(iirc) they will start to add players to their PS that have not been claimed.
