A. What Max said!! Jumping twice was an abomination. Especially, in critical downs. And again, Rams play like they practice, so it was disturbing that he blew it twice in the same game.
B. Merlin response totally fits. I thought he and TJ were not playing "man-up" football. TJ is a brute, and he was still ramping up from injury, so I can see through that. However, Ayers had already been called out on the board for lapses. It's not like Ayers was playing poorly to my eye, but he was not being a difference maker. So, Merlin's drift that for near even money, and bit more youth and upside, but most of all Williams "play my way or it's the highway" rings out.

I didn't breakdown the special teams work, but if Lynch had lapses and at least guys like Forrest, and Littleton can seal? Well, there's one thing. I would think that they aren't finished with this roster. Feels like only a couple of the new linebackers get to stay.
It won't surprise if we find a guy like Cam Thomas back on the roster should injuries occur.
