Hill is garbage and they knew it so they went out and got a starter to replace the one they had
It's an upgrade from Hill and perhaps over Bridgewater. TB was at best a bystander to that 11-5 team last year. Although I believe they were encouraged by his maturation this offseason
It's a ballsy move by the Vikings with huge risks. The Eagles obviously jumped at the idea of getting a 1 and 4 for a QB they didn't like
