Moving him in to RG in his current health state might equal a Pro Bowl type season. He's average at RT, but likely more than that at RG. Also the upgrade in consistency up front on the interior would be significant with Brown dropping to backup, depth better too.

As soon as Hav is ready he's going to move right back in to RT. It isn't even a question, just about his health IMO.
