Rams sign Tavon to an extension. If he scores double digit TD's

If Tavon scores double digit TD's every year, for me he's worth the price of admission and will warrant the extension. The Rams will have some extra cap room next season to make a splash for one key Free Agent to make up for not having their 2017 First round pick.
