No they're wearing the 73-99 throwback jerseys again..I thought that's what you were referring to.. Don't know where you heard they were going to where the Blue and whites this year???
Someone at ESPN got confused when the Rams announced they were going to where the white on whites at home this year in an homage to the Rams of the fearsome foursome era and reported they were going to wear the old helmets....
