Don't get me wrong, I am not saying Tackling ability isn't needed. matter of fact that usually sways me if everything else is equal, but I just prefer my DB's to not allow the pass to be complete in the first place.

Deon Sanders was one who comes to mind, he was not a dominant tackler by any stretch of the imagination, but he shut down a half of the field.
