Hasn't this been debunked by Zn already? IIRC, Keenum was in the top third of the league last year in deep passes. And he had a good completion percentage. If he could do it last year with his "popgun" arm, there's no reason he can't do it this year.

So a popgun arm is not the reason his passes are mostly in the 10-15 yards range.

It probably has more to do with what Adam Gase recently said: The NFL is a dink and dunk league now. 10 yard passes have become the norm.
