Yes, it has to be a balanced approach.
But if anyone thinks it doesn't matter to the players whether they win or lose a preseason game, think again.
They should try to win every game, tempered with the reality that preseason games have a purpose in sorting out players and not wearing them out.
But if ever team needs to win and believe it WILL win, and not be satisfied with merely a good effort, it is the Rams.
And Fisher needs to stop with the moral victory speeches and "we're getting better" talk.
Win. Losing is unacceptable.....period.
