But we need to let it play out. I also was not high on Goff. Didn't think there was anything special about him and was stunned the Rams would give up those kinds of picks for an athlete of his caliber. I'm rooting for him though... But it's Fisher that's the problem. It's not Goff. Fisher selected Goff and right now Goff looks clueless
Heck Manion looks better than Goff. Ask yourself why a QB who needs work only attempts 5 passes in the second half of the game?

Seriously, out of all the QB's drafted this year, does Goff really stand out as better than any of them? I don't see how he ever lives up to 6 draft picks and #1 overall. He can't even start right now which is ludicrous in today's NFL. Honestly, I think his career is going to be pretty mediocre because he was drafted by the Rams. Fisher is horrible for a young QB IMO.
I also wasn't high on the idea of trading the world for any of this year's QB's, especially Goff. But I was told, he's pro-ready. He has special accuracy and anticipation and footwork. So far, he holds the ball too long, is indecisive and inaccurate. And, he doesn't even know where the sun rises and sets.
Lynch, Cook, Prescott...there were so many other comparable options for the Rams that would have made more sense and cost a LOT less.
