But it seems to be our "type" statement every year.....and the players follow back and sure as the sun goes down we have the same place at the end of the season....."we need to work on this...we need to get better here.....and in the end it's the same answer....."I don't know why we did not do this..or I thought we were not ready for this"..and we end up being beat by guys you never heard of....and the response comes back......."I don't know what happened...I can't say a thing....."
IMO this team is tied to Fish..they follow him and they will play for him....if that is the case why doesn't Fish DEMAND the best from the get go and if they do that demand more?
It looks like he treats this team like a make believe type deal.......He seems like a guy who wants to love everyone....screw that...get BAD make these guys REALLY want to be the best......
This is my problem with this guy....I saw him on the SB game and saying things that made his team mad. (when we got him I thought that is who we were getting)..made his team want something......I am now seeing him just ask his team to get good....but ask for mistakes to get there...IMO to get to his point he needs to ask for the best and go farther....Not ask for mistakes and learn from them...instead to make as FEW mistakes and grow from there...
I bet you anything that when the ring on was the line he did not ask that of his team.....He did not ask for mistakes so they could learn from them......he wanted perfect play..and that comes from pre season on......IMO anyway.....
