I did bring my radio to the game and turned on the broadcast to listen to the play by play. Unfortunately, ESPN in its wisdom put such a huge delay on the broadcast that you would hear the play by play when the team was in the huddle and getting ready for the next play.
I actually had a chat with JB Long at Rams camp on Monday and let him know what I experienced. He said they were aware of the issue and were
going to look into correcting that.
Back in the day, I could take my radio to the game and hear the play by play as the play was happening. I turned off the radio after a few plays because of this delay.
