Talent is much better than most think - coaching is problem
Take these players elsewhere and they would do better.
The thing is, there is an opportunity to change the approach and stop having the coaching holding back the talent.
Do better at fundamentals. (route running and QB footwork in particular)
Don't take off August (use preseason games for younger players to learn how to prepare for a game)
have more than 6 plays
Do a better job of space management and give Gurley some room
Get Robinson mentor program to cut down on penalties running the wrong play etc
Stop being so predictable (the more than 6 plays would help but their is more to this than that)
