Don't see any way it's not a Goff/Keenum battle

And if it is close, I think the nod will go to Goff.

If he falters or is definitely deemed not ready, then it will go to Keenum to start out the season. I just don't see any way that Sean Mannion leapfrogs BOTH of them. Unless he is like nearly perfect in every execution in practice and in preseason games and Keenum/Goff are somehow gawdawful in their efforts.

Eventually I think (hope) Mannion becomes their #2. We know what Keenum is. He's a decent QB who you could start and not give games away at the position. But I think his ceiling has been hit. We don't know what Mannion is, though I don't think he's penciled in as anyone's franchise QB.

So to start the season it will most likely be Keenum/Goff. Unless either one or both somehow wets the proverbial bed every time out.
