Gurley, God bless him, is not a 'proven commodity' yet. Not in my book anyway.

I'm as high as anyone on having him. But not for a second do I think the Ram's are convinced that Gurley can "carry the offense".. not to the extent that they are 100% depending on it anyway... unless they are complete fools, IMHO. And actually, it's one of the things in which I'm not that confident in Fisher... so I doubt they are gambling to that extent but ehhhhhhhh, I wouldn't put it past him.

Another fear - I think Fisher has a 'vision'... but unfortunately I do not think it's one that can reach fruition, in reality anyway. The NFL moves too fast for Fisher... OBVIOUSLY IMHO... You simply cannot, in this day and age, piecemeal the actors with accompanying and sufficient 'wait time' to unleash your full repertoire once it all gels in one glorious moment. You have to take chances, educated ones... Fisher is incapable of that... WHICH.. I say again, doesn't mean he's a bad coach or that he won't bring us a winner. Coaches with far LESS talent, IMHO, have won SB's.

Ok... got that off my chest... not happy about it either... because it doesn't define how I feel about our chances.. this year or next... it's just a burr, a nagging itch that somehow the Ram's have to deal with. - JamesJM
