First - his 'ceiling'... he made not be 'all that'... I don't know for sure but I accept what I believe is the consensus on this board, that he's not a great physical talent.
In a game, however, the man plays at 100% at all times... doesn't seem to let up no matter the situation, play call, whatever, he has one 'energy level'... all out. Not sure that applies to 'practice' but it certainly seems to in games. That kind of play inspires others... perhaps even intimidates them if they aren't applying the same effort. If there is room on the roster he's the kind of guy you like having. He's "Rudy".- JamesJM
The thing about Marquez is, he plays sneaky smart. You could even see it in special teams play, where he did little things because he had his head in the game. I think Marquez is one of those guys where if a mental edge can help you, he'll find it.
