Mike LaFleur. Re-emphasizes run game and physicality, also keeps McVay on track.	13		46%
Jimmy Lake/Aubrey Pleasant. Could re-energize secondary and save careers (including possibly Morris’)	2		7%

I think McVay had an outstanding offseason with his coaching hires but I am curious as to which one you think will be most impactful.

As you can see there are many strong candidates for this honor and I don’t think that there is a single ‘wrong’ answer. I love ‘em all plus others that weren’t even mentioned.
