No. Because few of has a clue of how good these coaches are.

I think we all love the "potential" of the coaches McVay brought in but we're just not sure how good they will be. There are so many variables in play.

I do like that McVay fired some of the defensive coaches and got Lake and Pleasant to step in. Both dude's have a pretty good pedigree.

I am also high on LaFleur too who also comes with a good pedigree!

Overall, I think most people are excited that we will be seeing some changes on BOTH sides of the ball. A fresh new "aggressive" attitude and some new coaches to light fires under the new kids butts is the right moves to make IMO.

I applaud McVay for "growing some balls" and taking charge again. I see good things in out Rams future with a new branch of the McVay "tree" starting to sprout!
