This also reflects badly on McVay too IMO.
Poor talent evaluations by Morris? At the very least, slow at evaluating? WTH is he doing at practice? How many reps does it take to perfect the Charmin Shell scheme?
Who else on D has been evaluated incorrectly or not at all? Yeast? Durant? I guess it's hard to evaluate other players when you only play "your guys" anyway.

On emergence of DL Michael Hoecht as an OLB, Sean McVay says they realized he could be a good edge “
probably two weeks ago”.
“Otherwise we would’ve done this @#$%& a lot sooner.”
Hoecht had 2 sacks, 3 hits, a TFL and forced a fumble. He had 5 pressures on 31 rushes, T7 in W13.

McVay Head
I don’t understand why it took this long to at least try him at edge? He’s a 300+ lb DT who plays special teams, they never thought to try that type of athleticism when our edge group was absolutely stinking it up all year
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
