That it's NOT quick fixes with has beens on bad knees and or 1-3 years from retirement. Snead / McVay HAVE to take it serious as hell and get some LEGIT picks / FAs and DO NOT waste time on "Projects". If we DO pick up a player that is crap, I hope we don't wait till our QB is crushed a dozen times because of said O line guy....and MOVE to the next guy.
