After the season ticketholders get a presale opportunity the remaining tickets go on sale to the public. The Rams are apparently going to sell tickets only to fans in the 'Greater LA area'. I don't know how they're going to do that, but it seems like they think they have a way.
Beyond that the tickets for the NFCCG aren't going to be resellable. I also don't know how they're going to make that happen, but apparently they think they have a way.
This from their email to season ticket holders regarding Conference Championship game tickets:
After the presale ends on Sunday, single game ticket sales from the Rams (which does not include resale) will be restricted to people in the Greater LA area. We are doing this to ensure Rams Season Ticket Members and local fans can fill the Rams House to create a home-field advantage.
