Like all running QBs (where running is a major part of their success), Murray has had the cr@p beat out of him, and it is evident he doesn't want to run anymore OR take big hits in the backfield. Sure, if it is wide open and no one will lay a hand on him, he'll run. But he is VERY reluctant to. The Rams exposed that in spades. In fact, you pretty much just need to rush him hard and when he feels a lot of pressure he'll take a knee. That's fine for Tom Brady. Not good when it's your athleticism that makes you good.
Murray isn't built like a LBer the way Russell Wilson is. So he just can't take the beating that running the ball gives you in the NFL.
