Might the Rams acquire a Safety and move Rapp to ILB, Barron style?

I could see the Rams platooning Jones and Rapp at ILB, or a rotation depending on down and distance with Jones, Rapp, Reeder.

But... the Rams would need to go get that starting Safety because clearly they don't think that guy is on their roster.
