Rams-Giants could feature a confusing uniform matchup

Most teams in the NFL reveal their uniform schedule before the season begins, laying out which jerseys they will wear in each game. The Rams and Giants were among them, but there seems to be a little bit of confusion about what they’ll wear heading into their matchup this weekend.
As pointed out by a fan on Reddit, both teams are slated to wear light-colored jerseys. The Giants will be wearing their white jerseys with gray pants, a celebration of the 10th anniversary of their Super Bowl XLVI win. The Rams plan to wear their Bone jerseys, which are essentially just off-white.
Regardless of what pants the Rams wear, be it blue or yellow, this will be a confusing matchup. Having two teams on the field with light-colored jerseys could make it difficult for players on the field to tell them apart.
It’s possible – even likely – that the Rams will have to change their planned uniforms, since they’re the road team. Wearing their royal jerseys will make this much easier on the eyes, which would make it a similar combination to what these teams wore when they squared off last season.
The Rams typically announce their uniform set a couple of days before the game, so we’ll be watching to see what jerseys they’ll actually be wearing. But if they go with Bone, this game won’t be easy on the eyes.
