Rams offense and Aaron Rodgers

Reading about Silver saying Rodgers is concerned with limitations on the QB at the line of scrimmage in new offense.

What does that mean as far as Goff under McVay the last two years and Goff not being able to read defenses and changing the play?


Under McVay ,his offense dictates where JG is to go depending on what look he gets from the defense. Is this a easy offense to understand and execute

or more complex ? What do you guys think about it?
