Called back again today and got Loyalty support. Talked to a very nice lady (Veronica) who could only offer me $16 off each of 6 payments which left $49.95 x 6 or just shy of $300.
I declined and she understood and was very supportive.
She told me to "please call back in a week or so, right before the season starts. We all have credits to give out but mine are all gone. make sure you dial main # and ask for loyalty support and I think we will then be able to give you at least half off..if not more.."
Very interesting in that she said they all 9in that department) have credit "limits" if you will, and that she used all hers up but "will be getting more soon.."
So I will try one last time at the end of next week and will report back with how it goes.
Toughest year EVER though.
