Mixed feeling on this one for me...
I hate seeing a team get 50 yards on a cheesy PI call, BUT I can see where a defense will take advantage of this rule....if your beaten deep they will just mug the WR cuz they know it's only a 15 yard penalty....especially late in the half or at the end of a game.
