HC McVay knows how to make players feel welcome in Rams Park. He knows he has a golden nugget with Davante.
Look how D.Adams appreciated the fact that this HC pulled up tape, and he wasn't even wearing a Ram Uniform in any of the highlights. He was a Football Player.
Stafford looked like a kid that just asked a girl to the prom, and she said yes! #9 is just salivating to get to throw Davante the ball.
Younger players, they see how an All-Pro makes plays!!!!
