He 100% in your corner if you are striving to help the team be the best they can be, but I think if you do anything to sabotage that "We vs. Me" mentality, you're going to get on his bad side in a hurry. Who knows what the internal convos were btn the organization and Jones and his Agent, but something soured btn the two sides, and went sideways pretty quickly.
