Re: Important (key) Rams Offensive players bitten by the injury bug

Fairly sobering compilation. And it's a great reminder that it's the healthiest and hottest team who wins it all more often than the most talented one.
Or it's the one with Patrick Mahomes.
Stafford's injuries are the most worrisome. If he's healthy, he is a Super Bowl winning HOF-type QB who can get hot and win out. I really don't like the head injury description. After that, with more money than he can spend and a young beautiful family I thought he'd call it quits. Instead he had a very strong mostly healthy season and surprised the world to bring his young team into the playoffs. He hit Puka at will and got him the rookie receiving record. Now, it's like shucks, merely a flesh wound and he wants a contract extension. Very glad we got the male porn star to back him up.

Krupp's injuries are pretty severe for a wide receiver. Knees and ankles and hammies? Oh my! Isaac Bruce once came back from that stuff and had great seasons after. Odds are against it, but I think this kid outworks the rest. He's a modern day and more rightly uniformed Jerry Rice. I'm confident he'll be an All Pro again.

AJ's blood clots seemed like a career ended and yet he played well and often last season.

NB is a talented guy. The comparison is a good one to our former LG. Made of glass.

How about Higs? Big ? Very major knee injury. Can he recover? Hope so.
