I knew nothing about any of the Kickers in this draft. I was totally oblivious to who or when, or if at all, the Rams were taking in the draft.
As it usually goes for me, the best things happen when I’m not paying attention. So my track record indicates Karty is gonna be a terrific kicker for us. LOL.
Sometimes things just fall in place. Seems like this draft really fell to us quite nicely.
Go back to last May, anybody think we’d be SB contenders right now? An unbelievable combination of great management and good fortune has put us right back on top of food chain.
The good news in this draft is there were 3 viable kickers in Reichard (Alabama), Karty (Stanford) & Cam Little (Arkansas) all were drafted and all were drafted in the 6th round almost in unison. Overall, I feel the Rams ended up with the top guy and look forward to the triumphant of Mack (LS), Evans & Karty for many years to come.
