He is exactly what 4th and 5th WRs must be: guys who excel on STs. He won't beat out the first 3 or 4 WRs in his rookie year, but who knows.
And it is why I just can't see how TuTu fits any longer. The lack of size and STs ability simply makes him a luxury that the Rams roster has not enough use for.
